I started losing weight after I started respecting and loving myself.

Thanks to my determination, and the support and the knowledge of a mindful eating coach… I found my way out and have never gone back. After years of studies and deep personal growth, I’ve become a Mindful Eating & Body Reconnection Coach, a Spiritual Junkie, and Sacred Women’s Empowerment Leader who is now helping women just like you who are still trapped in that cycle, but who are ready to do their shadow work and find their own light again.
